NICU Registered Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract, working night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Start date: late November 2026.
Shift & Scheduling
- 3x12-hour night shifts per week
- Weekends required, typically every third weekend (subject to unit needs)
- Float to other inpatient units as needed when census allows
- Navy blue scrub top; navy blue or black scrub pants
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Ohio or Compact RN license
- CPR and NRP certifications
- Minimum 1 year NICU experience (2+ years preferred)
- Pediatric experience required
- Associate degree required; BSN preferred
Clinical Skills
- Competent with central lines, PICCs, and umbilical lines
- Proficient in all oxygen delivery methods: nasal cannula, high-flow systems, CPAP, NIV, and mechanical ventilation
- G-tube and tracheostomy experience preferred but not required
