Location: Nashville, TN

Shift: 06:30 – 17:00 (Monday–Thursday, 4 × 10-hour days)

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

About the Role

Join a busy surgical services team managing a high-volume OR schedule. The facility operates 4–5 ORs daily, plus one cystoscopy room, performing a diverse range of procedures with orthopedic and spine surgeries as primary service lines.

Unit Overview

You'll work in a well-staffed surgical environment with dedicated support: a daily boardrunner, one circulator, one scrub technician, and one first assistant assigned to each room. Total joint procedures receive additional staffing as needed. The team rarely floats; in low-volume situations, opportunities may arise within surgical services at your discretion.

Position Options

OR Scrub Technician (CST)

• Current CST certification and BLS required
• Experience with orthopedic and spine procedures preferred

RN Circulator

• Active Tennessee RN license and BLS required
• Orthopedic and spine experience preferred

What You'll Do

Work with general, vascular, urology, gynecology, neurosurgery, ENT, podiatry, bariatric, and robotic cases. You'll support a collaborative team in a fast-paced OR environment with consistent staffing and predictable scheduling.

Scheduling

• Full-time, guaranteed hours
• 1–2 late shifts per week
• Rotating weekend call
• Scrubs provided

Requirements

• BLS certification (all positions)
• CST or current RN license as applicable
• Preferred: Experience in orthopedic or spine surgery
