Registered Nurse – Emergency Department
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where clinical judgment and compassion are essential.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Start Date: November 29, 2026
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care according to facility policies, procedures, and protocols
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team
- Coordinate care across all disciplines to ensure seamless patient management
- Execute physician and nursing orders with accuracy
- Assess discharge planning needs and collaborate with the healthcare team
Requirements
- Active RN license (verification required)
- Current immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap)
- Two-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Gold)
- EKG certification
- Color vision assessment
- Criminal background check clearance
- Professional references and employment verification
