Inpatient Occupational Therapist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide inpatient rehabilitation care in acute care and critical care settings. You will administer, direct, and coordinate occupational therapy activities, helping patients regain independence and functional mobility.
Shift & Schedule
- 40 hours per week (5 x 8-hour days)
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Regular weekend rotation
- 13-week contract
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver direct OT care to hospitalized patients across acute and critical care units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient rehabilitation goals
- Document and coordinate therapy services
- Work in a fast-paced inpatient environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Colorado OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Proof of current flu vaccine (required October 1 – April 1; no exemptions)

Additional Notes
- Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility (RADIUS requirement)
- Flu vaccine required during designated months with no exemptions
