Vascular PICC RN – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Vascular PICC RN to join the team on a day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) assignment. This is a 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

You will perform PICC placements, midline insertions, and ultrasound-guided IV access under the direction of physician oversight. Your role centers on patient assessment, vascular access troubleshooting, and direct patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Current RN license
• ALS (Advanced Life Support) certification
• BD (BARD) Vascular certification
• Minimum one year of demonstrated competency in:
• BD PICC and midline (Power glide) placement
• Ultrasound-guided IV insertion
• Cardiac rhythm identification

Preferred Experience

Candidates with additional vascular access procedures or specialized training will be considered first.
