Night Shift | 13-Week Contract
This Mother Baby unit provides couplet care in a fully private room environment. The unit runs a dedicated night shift (18:45–07:15) with consistent staffing and weekend requirements. No on-call shifts are expected.
Unit & Clinical Scope
- Typical procedures include newborn circumcisions and ongoing postpartum assessment
- Caring for patients requiring Magnesium Sulfate management post-delivery is a common component of care
- Float support may be requested to L&D and NICU as a helping hand
Required Qualifications
- Prior Mother Baby experience (required; candidates without this experience will not be considered)
- Active BLS and NRP certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel nursing experience
- Experience managing Magnesium Sulfate post-delivery
- STABLE certification
Schedule & Contract Details
- Shift: 18:45–07:15 (nights)
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Start date: October 5, 2026
- Weekends required; no call shifts
Dress Code: Navy blue or white scrubs
