Day Shift | 13-Week Contract | 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week
Unit Overview
This active L&D unit manages both routine and high-acuity obstetric patients. The care team includes charge nurses, PCTs, CSTs, and RNs on both day and night shifts.
Procedures & Clinical Scope
- Vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
- D&C, cerclage, and cesarean hysterectomy
- Immediate newborn care
- High-risk obstetric management
Floating: MFMU, Mother-Baby, and NICU
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of L&D experience (required)
- High-risk obstetric experience (required)
- Immediate newborn care skills (required)
- Circulating experience (preferred)
Required Certifications
- NRP
- BLS/ACLS
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring
