OR Nurse – 12-Hour Night Shifts

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced OR nurse for a 13-week contract based primarily in the surgical suite. You'll work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with no call requirements and 72 guaranteed hours biweekly.

Clinical Scope

This busy surgical environment handles high-acuity trauma and complex procedures including neurosurgery, orthopedic trauma, spine surgery, robotic cases, kidney and liver transplants, organ procurement, ENT, bariatric surgery, plastic reconstruction, and general surgery.

Requirements

• Current MA license and BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience in neuro, orthopedic trauma, and kidney transplant cases
• Ability to scrub and/or circulate across multiple specialties
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Cannot have worked for the facility as permanent or per diem staff within the last six months

Key Details

• Start Date: Late November 2026 (4 weeks for compliance)
• Orientation: Weekly, every Monday
• Holidays: Eligible to work any holiday during the contract
• Float: Possible rotation to other OR locations as needed
• Parking: Available at cost
