CT Technologist – Night Shift | Greensboro, NC | 13-Week Contract

This night shift CT Tech position covers Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts), with a 13-week contract and a start date of November 30, 2026. First-time travelers are welcome.

The Role

You'll work in a fast-paced CT department serving a broad patient population — neonates through geriatrics — across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and critical care settings. The unit supports a comprehensive stroke program and an active cardiac service line, with a full range of CT procedures performed daily.

Clinical Scope Includes:

• Routine and contrast studies: head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
• Vascular CTA, calcium scoring/cardiac CT
• Advanced procedures: biopsies, aspirations, drainage, myelography, CT arthrography, brain perfusion, colonography
• Preparation and administration of contrast media; peripheral IV starts preferred
• PACS workflow; musculoskeletal trauma and transplant studies

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT (CT) and BLS certifications — active at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience
• Experience with outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ICU patients across all age groups
• NICU and PICU experience preferred (especially for night shift)
• Active, in-hand license required at submission

Additional Details:

• Call: up to 2 shifts/month if needed
• Floating to other campus locations may be required
• Orientation: 40 hours; non-billable compliance modules (avg. 2–4 hours)
• No local candidates within 50 miles
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
