ICU Resource Nurse – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility seeks an experienced ICU-qualified RN for a 13-week night shift contract. You'll work 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with a guaranteed 72 hours biweekly and support 7-day coverage. This role offers flexibility to train and staff in the ICU while also providing resource coverage to medical/surgical units as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff ICU assignments and maintain clinical competency in high-acuity care
• Provide resource nurse support across ICU and med/surg units
• Facilitate continuity and team flexibility across multiple care areas

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience
• Demonstrated experience in travel and trauma hospital settings
• Must have been separated from the facility for 6+ months (permanent, per diem, or prior travel roles)
• Flu vaccination required prior to start (no exemptions)
• Valid passport or travel documentation for assignment
