Registered Nurse – Outpatient | Los Angeles, CA

This outpatient nursing role is based in the Boyle Heights area of Los Angeles and involves delivering coordinated, patient-centered care across a multidisciplinary setting. The position follows a day shift schedule (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Contract Details

Clinical Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing team members
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, effective care
• Provide patient and family education; support discharge planning and care continuity
• Apply critical thinking and independent clinical judgment in daily practice

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (state of practice)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• PALS certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience
• Electronic health record experience (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree
• Spanish-speaking strongly preferred given the patient population served
• Outpatient or ambulatory care experience
