Emergency Room RN — Night Shift | Winchester, MA
This 13-week contract places an experienced Emergency Room RN on nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) at a Magnet-designated facility in the northwest suburbs of Boston. Every other weekend and holidays are required. Float is not required.
Contract Details
- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly (on-call hours not included)
- Start date: November 23, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol
- Monitor patient progress and response to therapy
- Evaluate clinical outcomes and adjust care accordingly
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license (required)
- BSN preferred; associate degree considered
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS or ENPC (or equivalent)
- Emergency nursing experience appropriate to acuity of role
- Must have been separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) for a minimum of 6 months prior to start
