Labor & Delivery RN – Night Shift | Fort Worth, TX

Contract: 13 weeks | Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM (12-hour shifts)

Hours: Flexible — 24, 24/36, or 36 hours per week available

Start Date: November 30, 2026

This Labor & Delivery position supports a busy OB unit managing labor, antepartum, recovery, and couplet care. Candidates must be able to circulate C-sections, as this is a core expectation of the role.

Unit Scope:

• Active OB unit with high case volume
• Care across labor, antepartum, recovery, and couplet phases
• Potential to float to Mother/Baby or serve as a sitter task RN to other units

Schedule & On-Call:

• Weekend and holiday rotation required
• Voluntary on-call opportunities available

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of current L&D experience
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility; current driver's license required with submission
• Active Texas RN license (or compact eligibility)

Required Certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS
• Advanced NRP
• Fetal Monitoring certification

This role is well-suited for an experienced L&D nurse comfortable with high-acuity obstetric patients and procedural support in a fast-paced environment.
