Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility's Labor & Delivery unit is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll provide direct care to mothers and newborns in a dynamic, fast-paced obstetric environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
- Weekends and holidays required
- Flexible scheduling: 36 or 48 hours per week options available
- Guaranteed hours throughout contract
Unit Details
The unit specializes in care of premature infants and manages a variety of obstetric cases. You'll work alongside an experienced medical team in a collaborative setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
- Fetal monitoring certification required
- Active driver's license
- Minimum 100-mile radius from facility (must provide at time of application)
Preferred Qualification
- RNC (Registered Nurse Certified in Obstetrics)
What We're Looking For
Compassionate, detail-oriented nurses with strong assessment skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing patient needs. Experience with high-risk obstetrics and neonatal care is essential.
