Preop/PACU Travel Nurse | Manchester, NH

Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Contract Duration: 9 weeks (63 weeks guaranteed hours: 36/week)

Start Date: November 23, 2026

About the Role

This Preop/PACU position places you in a collaborative, experienced perioperative team caring for patients receiving general anesthesia across a broad range of procedural settings — including the OR, cath lab, EP lab, endoscopy, interventional radiology, and labor and delivery.

All nurses work fluidly across both Preop and PACU, making cross-trained versatility essential. No floating to outside units is required.

Clinical Scope

  • Phase I recovery with critical-care-level monitoring
  • Phase II recovery with a higher patient load
  • Diverse procedural patient population spanning cardiac, GI, vascular, and obstetric cases

Schedule & Call

  • 40 hours per week plus on-call requirements
  • Day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Required Certifications

  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • PALS

Requirements

  • Critical care background preferred
  • Experience managing post-anesthesia patients across multiple procedural specialties
  • Scrubs required
