Neuro/Stroke Nurse – 13-Week Contract
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Hours: 36 guaranteed per week
Location: Tulsa, OK
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
About the Role
You'll provide direct nursing care to adult patients on a neuro/stroke unit with telemetry monitoring. Your responsibilities include implementing and monitoring individualized patient care plans, continuously assessing and communicating patient conditions, coordinating care across disciplines, and facilitating discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.

What You'll Need
- Current RN license (Nursys verification required)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Standard Precautions competency and appropriate use of personal protective equipment
Onboarding Requirements
Standard health screenings and immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap), TB testing (PPD or IGRA), fit testing, background check, and professional reference verification will be completed upon hire.
