Position Overview
Join a small, close-knit Skilled Care Unit providing compassionate care to patients requiring post-acute medical support. You'll work nights in a collaborative environment where your clinical skills and patient advocacy make a direct impact on our community.
Schedule & Hours
- 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 2 on-call shifts per 6-week cycle
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
- 13-week contract with potential for extension
- Overtime may be available
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care. Collaborate with the care team to provide safe, evidence-based nursing across the unit's patient population.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Current BLS certification
Location & Housing
Primary location: Kremmling, CO with possible coverage needs in Granby. Shared furnished employee housing may be available based on capacity at a reduced rate. (Housing restrictions: no pets, partners, or smoking.)
