Medical-Surgical ICU – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced ICU nurse for a 13-week contract in a medical-surgical intensive care unit. You'll work 3 x 12-hour rotating shifts managing high-acuity patients in a trauma hospital setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience in a similar hospital setting
• Travel and trauma hospital experience required
• Massachusetts RN license
• BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications required at start
• Flu vaccination required prior to start date
• Must have been separated from previous facility for 6+ months (permanent, per diem, or travel roles)
• Time-off requests must be submitted at time of application

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour rotating shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excludes on-call time)
• Float: Not required
• Start Date: November 23, 2026

What to Expect

You'll provide direct patient care in a busy ICU environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a trauma-focused setting. No float assignments; you'll remain in your assigned unit.
