Emergency Department Nurse
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department nurse for a 13-week assignment. You'll work the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 3 × 12-hour schedule, totaling 36 hours per week.
Requirements
- Current RN license (Georgia or compact state license)
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- 18 months of emergency department experience within the past 3 years
- Residency within 50-mile radius of Atlanta
What to Expect
You'll deliver care in a fast-paced emergency setting, managing acutely ill and injured patients across all acuity levels. This role requires flexibility, strong assessment skills, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Contract Details
- Duration: 13 weeks with guaranteed hours
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week (36 hours)
- Start Date: December 7, 2026
