Travel RN – Neuro ICU | Englewood, CO | 13-Week Contract

We're seeking an experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Englewood, CO, starting November 16, 2026.

Shift & Schedule

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

The Unit

This Neuro CCU/ICU cares for high-acuity neurological and neurocritical patients. The unit is staffed with a dedicated, experienced team and is supported by a Charge RN each shift. Nurses practice alongside PCTs in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Clinical Scope & Procedures

• Intubations, central line placement
• External ventricular drain (EVD) and lumbar drain (LD) management and placement
• Licox catheter placement and ICP monitoring
• Continuous EEG monitoring
• Temperature management (Arctic Sun)
• Ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, IV and tube feed pump management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current ICU experience (required)
• BLS and ACLS (required)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) experience (preferred)
• Experience with neurological patient populations strongly preferred
• Collaborative team player with the ability to manage complex, critically ill patients
