Position Details
- Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday commitment
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
- Float Required: No
About the Role
You'll join the medical-surgical telemetry unit, providing direct patient care to individuals requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and telemetry oversight. This role focuses on patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and coordinating care across the interdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- MA (Medical Assistant) license required; temp or permanent license acceptable at time of submission
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
- BLS-AHA and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with electronic health records
Candidate Requirements
- Must be willing to relocate; local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) will not be considered
- Available for interview scheduling at time of application
- All time-off requests must be submitted with your initial application
- Not eligible if you've worked for this facility as permanent or per diem staff within the last six months
