Operating Room Nurse – 4x10 Day Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced OR nurse to join the surgical team on a 13-week contract. You'll work in a busy ambulatory surgical environment performing a variety of cases in a supportive, collaborative setting.

Schedule & Logistics

• Shift: Four 10-hour days per week
• Start times: 6:30 AM, 9:00 AM, or 11:00 AM (based on department needs)
• No weekends, no major holidays, no on-call required
• Contract duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 per week

Clinical Scope

You'll circulate and/or scrub cases across multiple surgical specialties, including sports medicine, ENT, gynecology, urology, ophthalmology, plastics, general surgery, oral surgery, and minor vascular procedures. Experience with ambulatory surgical cases is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of OR circulating experience
• Scrub experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification required
• CNOR preferred
