Cardiac Telemetry / Heart & Vascular Intermediate Unit — Travel RN

Manchester, NH | Nights | 13-Week Contract

This cardiac telemetry position is based in a dedicated Heart & Vascular Intermediate Unit in Manchester, NH. The unit cares for high-acuity cardiac patients requiring continuous telemetry monitoring, with a strong focus on post-procedural care and complex cardiac management.

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Float to like units as needed

Clinical Scope

The unit manages patients post-TAVR, cardiac catheterization, ablation, and watchman device implantation, as well as STEMI management, pacemaker care, and cardiomems monitoring. Nurses work alongside a charge nurse, patient care technicians, and a dedicated monitor technician.

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid telemetry knowledge and interpretation skills
• Experience caring for patients on cardiac drips
• Familiarity with post-procedural cardiac patient management (TAVR, cath, ablation, watchman)

Certifications Required

• BLS (current)
