Occupational Therapist – Travel Assignment
Location: Dallas, TX
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible options)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: Tuesday, November 17, 2026
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
About the Role
You'll deliver occupational therapy across two care settings:
- Inpatient Rehabilitation: Work with stroke and orthopedic patients, providing 3 hours of intensive daily therapy to support functional recovery and independence.
- Acute Care: Evaluate and treat hospitalized patients to facilitate safe discharge home or transition to the next level of care.
What You'll Bring
- Current state OT license (Texas)
- OT certification (NBCOT)
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute care settings
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans across multiple diagnoses
Schedule & Commitment
One full-time position with guaranteed hours and flexibility between two shift windows. You'll start on a Tuesday with a predictable, stable 13-week contract.
This is hands-on clinical work in a supportive environment where your therapy directly impacts patient outcomes and discharge success.
