Cath Lab Technologist – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technician for a temporary 13-week assignment in a high-volume cardiac catheterization laboratory. You'll support a range of complex interventional cardiac procedures in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Shift & Schedule

• AM shift: 4 × 10-hour days per week (40 hrs/week)
• On-call: Rotated weeknight and weekend coverage required
• Start date: ASAP

Required Qualifications

• RCIS or ARRT certification with CV or CI credentials
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated experience with the following procedures:
• Left and right heart catheterizations
• Complex percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI)
• Chronic total occlusion (CTO) interventions
• Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR)
• Mitral Clip procedures
• ASD/PFO closures
• STEMI management

Clinical Scope

You'll work alongside interventional cardiologists and nursing staff, managing equipment, preparing patients, and assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures. The lab handles both routine and complex cases, requiring strong technical skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
