CT Technologist – 13-Week Travel Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week contract in a high-volume imaging department. You'll work day shifts (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM), 2x12-hour shifts per week, with no on-call duties.

Clinical Scope

This is a busy imaging environment serving all patient populations—neonates through geriatrics—with approximately 220 imaging studies daily. You'll perform a wide range of CT studies including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and vascular imaging; trauma imaging; stroke protocols; and specialized procedures such as biopsies, aspirations, and drainage placements. The facility is a Stroke Certified facility with Level I Trauma capabilities, so trauma imaging expertise is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
• ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS certification
• Current state license or certification required at time of submission
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Trauma imaging experience required

What You'll Work With

Modern CT equipment and contrast injection systems. You'll use PACS and standard imaging protocols to deliver high-quality diagnostic images.

Schedule & Staffing

• Day shifts only; no weekends required beyond the 13-week contract term
• No on-call responsibilities
• 55 hours of orientation included
• First-time travelers with 1+ year of experience welcome
