Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide evidence-based nursing services within their PACE program—a comprehensive, coordinated care model designed to support seniors in living safely at home. You'll work directly with program participants and their caregivers, delivering skilled interventions that maintain and improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Provide teaching, counseling, and skilled nursing interventions in a clinic setting
- Support participants and caregivers through care coordination and health maintenance
- Ensure accurate scheduling, documentation, and communication in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organizational and interpersonal skills
What We're Looking For
- Current Colorado RN licensure (required throughout employment)
- BSN preferred; graduation from an accredited nursing program (required)
- Minimum 2 years RN experience; clinic experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to engage respectfully during emotional interactions
- Strong computer and technology proficiency
- Ability to interpret varied instructions and successfully complete competency evaluations
- Exceptional time management with capacity to balance multiple priority tasks
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
