Radiology – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
Join the imaging services team for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll support a dynamic surgical and diagnostic imaging environment, working day shift with on-call responsibilities.
Shift & Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- On-call: one weekday per week and every fourth weekend
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
Clinical Scope
You'll provide imaging support across multiple settings: operating rooms, recovery areas, med-surg floors, inpatient rehab, ICU, outpatient clinic, and emergency services. The facility handles a high volume of orthopedic and neuro-spine surgical cases requiring intraoperative imaging guidance. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, performing portable x-rays, fluoroscopy, and C-arm imaging as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Texas Medical Board Certification as a Medical Radiologic Technologist
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiology
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proven surgical imaging experience and C-arm proficiency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
