Medical-Surgical RN | Night Shift | 13-Week Contract | Georgetown, TX

This 13-week travel RN contract places you on a medical-surgical unit caring for a diverse adult patient population that includes post-operative hip/knee replacement and colectomy patients. The unit operates at a moderate acuity level with a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere.

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Rotating weekend requirement

Clinical Scope

• Post-operative orthopedic and general surgery patients
• Hip/knee replacement and colectomy recovery
• Neurological monitoring (NIHSS required)
• Cardiac rhythm awareness preferred

Required Certifications

• BLS (required)
• NIHSS certification (required)
• ACLS (preferred)
• Rhythm interpretation (preferred)
