Med Surg
Medical-Surgical RN | 13-Week Travel Contract | Littleton, NH
This 13-week contract places you on a medical-surgical unit managing a diverse patient population across a range of acuity levels. The unit cares for psych holds, end-of-life patients, post-operative cases (including spinal fusion, GI, and total joint surgeries), skilled nursing facility patients, and physical rehab patients.
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage required: travelers must work two of the following holiday windows — Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, or New Year's Eve/Day (including the Friday/weekend after each)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of current Med-Surg experience (required)
- Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
- New Hampshire RN license or Compact license (required)
- BSN (highly preferred)
- Previous travel nursing experience (highly preferred)
- Personal vehicle required
- Med-Surg skills checklist and one supervisory reference from the past year required at submission
Scheduling Notes
All requested time off (maximum 3 days) must be submitted at the time of profile upload. Scheduling requests will not be considered after an offer is extended. Non-billable orientation is 8 hours.
Dress Code: Personal scrubs, any color
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered for this assignment.
