Night Shift RN – Med/Surg Telemetry
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced RN for a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a medical/surgical telemetry unit. This is a 13-week contract with a guaranteed 72 hours biweekly.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Current BLS-AHA certification (required)
- ACLS-AHA and NIHSS certifications (preferred)
- Strong experience with electronic charting systems
- Level 1 trauma experience preferred; required if you have no prior travel nursing experience
- Must have been separated from your most recent employer for a minimum of 6 months
- Day-one competency testing will be administered
- Every other weekend required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday for night shift)
Schedule & Start
- 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Every other weekend commitment
- Weekly start dates on Mondays
- Begin: November 23, 2026
