Emergency Department RN — Travel Contract

Marion, NC | Nights | 13-Week Contract

This travel nursing opportunity places you in the Emergency Department of a community hospital in Marion, North Carolina, serving a broad rural region across multiple counties in the western part of the state.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Start date: November 16, 2026

Clinical Scope

You'll work in a community ED supporting patients from a wide rural catchment area. The department manages a diverse mix of emergent and urgent presentations, consistent with a full-service community hospital offering cardiology, orthopedics, general surgery, OB/GYN, pediatrics, and more. Candidates should be comfortable with high-volume, independent practice in a community setting.

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or compact)
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent ED experience
• BLS and ACLS required; TNCC or CEN preferred
• Ability to manage a varied patient population across all acuity levels
