Emergency Room RN — Night Shift | Columbus, GA

13-Week Contract | Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12)

This Emergency Department position serves a broad patient population ranging from adolescents through geriatrics, including ER holds. Nurses in this role manage high-acuity presentations requiring rapid , dysrhythmia management, and critical care interventions.

Clinical Skills Required

• and emergency patient assessment
• Management of dysrhythmias
• Central line care and management
• IV vasopressor administration
• CPAP/BiPAP and ventilator management
• Isolation precautions/PPE

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of ER experience (first-time travelers considered)
• Active Georgia RN license or Compact license required at time of submission
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Patient population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Schedule & Logistics

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Float: Within scope of practice; may float to a sister campus
• Call: None
• Scrub color: Navy blue
• Max RTO: 7 days per contract — all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
• Holiday commitment: Expected to work major holidays falling within the assignment period (up to two of three)
• Local candidates accepted

Compliance

• Core onboarding items and labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• All compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start date
• Late compliance results in a two-week start delay due to bi-weekly orientation scheduling
