Telemetry Nurse – Surgical Unit

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced telemetry nurse to join a complex surgical unit. You'll provide high-acuity care to post-operative and surgical patients while maintaining continuous cardiac monitoring.

Schedule & Duration

• 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract
• Start date: November 9, 2026

Requirements

• Valid Georgia or compact nursing license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 18 months of telemetry nursing experience
• Strong surgical nursing skills
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred

Clinical Environment

This is a fast-paced surgical unit requiring nurses who are comfortable managing complex post-operative patients on telemetry. You'll need strong assessment skills, the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient status, and solid foundational surgical nursing knowledge.
