Medical-Surgical RN — Night Shift | Lebanon, NH

This 13-week travel contract places you in a Medical-Surgical unit serving a broad patient population spanning pediatric through geriatric acuity. The unit operates with a strong emphasis on individualized care planning, thorough documentation, and collaborative team-based practice.

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 12-hour nights | 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage required as scheduled (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's blocks)
• Candidates must be available to work the posted schedule; shift accommodations cannot be accommodated

Clinical Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments and incorporate findings into ongoing care
• Identify patient education needs and coordinate discharge planning
• Accurately document wound assessments, medication administration, nursing flow sheets, and progress toward goals
• Delegate tasks appropriately to the healthcare team

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license (required at time of submission)
• Medical-Surgical experience; ability to manage varying acuity across a broad age range
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this assignment
• Maximum of 5 days RTO; all time-off requests must be submitted at upload
