Join a collaborative telemetry team in Lone Tree, Colorado, caring for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and close clinical observation.
Shift & Schedule
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Anticipated start: October 28, 2026
Unit Overview
This telemetry unit manages a medical-cardiac patient population with a focus on rhythm monitoring, IV drip management, EKG interpretation, medication administration, chest tube management, and oversight of devices such as pacemakers. Both day and night shifts are led by a charge RN, with floor nurses supported across all hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of current, hands-on telemetry experience in a hospital setting
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Colorado RN license (or compact eligibility)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cardiac device management and pacemakers
- NIH Stroke Scale certification or experience
- Strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
