Orthopedic & Medical-Surgical Nursing Assignment

Location: Bowling Green, KY

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour days)

Contract Duration: 13 weeks | Start Date: November 30, 2026

Position Overview

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient care on a fast-paced inpatient unit
• Assist with bedside procedures performed by physicians
• Float to other inpatient units, CCU, and ED as needed to support patient flow
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and support team members
• Provide patient-centered care at all times

Requirements

• RN, LPN, or PCT license (as applicable)
• Current BLS certification
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to manage assigned patient loads effectively
• Commitment to teamwork and patient-focused care
• All experience levels welcome to apply

Schedule & Expectations

• Monthly scheduling blocks (4 weeks at a time)
• Full-time positions require 4 weekend shifts per month (typically 3 Saturdays and 1 Sunday)
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Dress Code

Scrubs (top and bottoms); long-sleeve undershirt or scrub jacket permitted. No fleece, hoodies, or sweatshirts. Closed-toe shoes required; no denim or camouflage.
