Night Shift Nursing Position – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced RN for night shift coverage in a medical-surgical unit. This role offers a structured schedule with predictable hours and the opportunity to make a direct clinical impact in a busy care environment.
Schedule & Commitment
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
- Local Travel: 50-mile radius
Requirements
- Current RN license (Georgia or Compact state license)
- BLS certification
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Holiday Expectations
Staff are required to work a minimum of one shift during each of the following holiday periods:
- Thanksgiving (Eve through Night)
- Christmas (Eve through Night)
- New Year's (Eve through Night)
Specific shift dates and choices are coordinated in advance.
