ICU Nursing Position

Assignment Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced ICU nurse for a 13-week contract. You'll work the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), every other weekend, with no call requirements. This is a guaranteed 36-hour-per-week position.

About the Role

You'll provide direct patient care in the ICU, managing high-acuity patients and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include bedside nursing, patient monitoring, medication administration, and clinical assessments appropriate to ICU-level care.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license (verification required at submission)
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What to Expect During Onboarding

Standard facility requirements include background check, drug screening, immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap), tuberculosis screening, fit testing, and competency assessments. You'll complete unit-specific orientation and EHR training before your first shift.
