Multimodality Technologist – Breast Imaging
The Opportunity
The facility's Breast Imaging section seeks an experienced Multimodality Technologist to perform diagnostic and screening mammography, breast ultrasound, guided interventions, and bone densitometry. You'll work alongside radiologists, sonographers, and clinical staff in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Schedule & Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 8-hour days
- Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days on / every other Saturday
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Holidays: As needed
- Start Date: November 16, 2026
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience
- Interventional competency (required)
- Breast ultrasound competency (preferred)
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Massachusetts State Radiography and Mammography licenses
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (M)
- ARRT (BS) or RDMS (BR)
- BLS
What You'll Do
- Perform mammographic and ultrasound imaging on diagnostic and screening patients
- Assist with ultrasound and mammographically guided breast interventions
- Conduct bone densitometry studies
- Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams to support departmental goals
