Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

About the Role
You'll provide direct patient care in a progressive care setting, managing intermediate-acuity patients who require close monitoring and frequent nursing interventions. This role offers exposure to a wide range of clinical presentations and the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians in a supportive environment.
Unit Overview
The facility's PCU serves patients transitioning from intensive care or those requiring a higher level of monitoring than a traditional medical-surgical unit. You'll care for post-operative patients, those with chronic conditions requiring close observation, and patients preparing for or recovering from procedures.
Requirements
- Current RN license (state of practice)
- BLS certification required
- PCU or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to unit census fluctuations
- Professional communication and strong clinical assessment skills
