Emergency Department RN — San Jose, CA

Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 Hours Guaranteed/Week

This is a long-term travel contract (84 weeks) in a fast-paced Emergency Department in San Jose, CA. The unit manages a high volume of acute presentations, including stroke and STEMI cases, requiring nurses who are confident, team-oriented, and experienced in high-acuity emergency care.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No float requirement

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3–5 years of Emergency Department experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Prior charge nurse experience preferred
• Previous travel or interim experience in California is a plus

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
