Medical-Surgical Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Location: Smyrna, TN

The facility is seeking a Medical-Surgical nurse to join its nursing team on the night shift. You'll care for a diverse patient population across acute medical and surgical units, working alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical setting
• Assess, monitor, and respond to patient needs throughout your shift
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document care and maintain accurate patient records
• Support fellow team members while maintaining high standards of care

Requirements:

• Current RN license (Tennessee)
• Current certification requirements per facility policy
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
