General Cardiac Catheterization Lab Technician
Position Overview
The facility's cardiac catheterization laboratory is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technician to join the team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong scrub skills, as independent scrub competency is a primary staffing need.
Schedule & Contract Details
- Shift: Four 10-hour shifts per week, 6:45 AM–5:15 PM
- Call: Rotating call schedule with approximately one weekend per month
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 23, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Scrub and circulate procedures independently
- Support physicians during procedures and maintain sterile technique
- Monitor patients and respond to clinical changes
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary cardiovascular team to deliver high-quality care
Required Qualifications
- Previous cardiac catheterization lab experience
- Current applicable licensure and certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to scrub Cath Lab procedures independently
