Operating Room – Orthopedic, Spine & Robotics | Winchester, MA

Contract: 13 weeks | Start Date: November 16, 2026

Shift: Four 10-hour evenings, 11:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.

This OR position focuses on orthopedic, spine, and robotics cases in a busy surgical environment. Candidates must be proficient in both scrub and circulator roles — this is a non-negotiable requirement.

Schedule Details

• Four 10-hour evening shifts per week
• Weekend rotation approximately every six weeks, as needed
• Call required, as needed
• One holiday obligation per year (summer or winter)

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, spine, and robotics surgery
• Ability to scrub and circulate

Preferred

• CNOR certification

Additional Details

• One week of orientation provided
• In-hours scrubs only; no personal scrubs
• Local candidates will not be considered
• Candidates must have been separated from the hiring system for a minimum of six months prior to submission
• Float not required
