Interventional Radiology Technologist
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week temporary assignment. You'll work in a high-volume IR suite performing a wide range of diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Shift & Schedule
- 4 × 10-hour days per week (40 hours total)
- 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Start date: ASAP
Clinical Scope
You'll support 25–30 cases daily across multiple procedure types, including:
- Cerebral angiograms with thrombectomy and intervention
- Y-90 chemoembolizations
- TIPSS procedures
- Uterine fibroid embolization (UFE)
- Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PTC)
- Vascular access procedures
- Image-guided biopsies (renal, liver)
- G-tube placements
- Management of subarachnoid hemorrhage cases
Requirements
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years IR experience
- Travel experience preferred
- Credentialing must be completed by Wednesday prior to Monday start
