Respiratory Therapist – Neonatal/Perinatal
Position Overview
Join the facility's perinatal team as a Respiratory Therapist supporting high-risk deliveries and neonatal care. This is a 13-week contract role working nights.
Shift & Schedule
- 3 × 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 36 hours per week
- Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and provide respiratory support during high-risk deliveries
- Set up and manage ventilators, oscillators, and CPAP systems
- Obtain and analyze blood gases
- Provide clinical care in a fast-paced perinatal environment
Required Qualifications
- Georgia state license (active and in hand)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1+ years of respiratory therapy experience
- 2+ years experience with ventilator management preferred
