Certified Surgical Technologist – Operating Room
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team. You'll support a wide range of surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Afternoons: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 4 days per week (Wednesday off)
- Flexible to transition to day shifts if needed
- On-call: 1 call per month as needed
Contract Details
- 13-week assignment
- Start date: November 19, 2026
Required Qualifications
- New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (required for submission)
- NBSTSA Certification (Certified Surgical Technologist)
- BLS Certification
- Proficiency in: General Surgery, Orthopedic Fracture Care, Vascular Surgery, and Urology
- Previous travel experience is highly preferred
What to Know
- Completion of the facility's Operating Room Orientation is required
- Permanent address must be on file and match your Driver License or State ID
- Candidates with permanent addresses in the following NY counties will not be considered: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington
