Medical Intensive Care Unit – RN
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced ICU nurse for its Medical Intensive Care Unit. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment managing critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and intervention.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Schedule: 12x3 rotation
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 weekly
- Contract Duration: 89 weeks
- Start Date: November 16, 2026
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (required)
- CCRN preferred
Holiday Expectations
You must be available to work:
- 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day)
- 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
Clinical Environment
You'll work in a medical ICU setting caring for critically ill patients. The role offers the opportunity to practice advanced nursing skills in a collaborative team environment.
