ICU Registered Nurse — Night Shift | Sonora, CA | 13-Week Contract
A facility in Sonora, CA is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment on the night shift.
Shift & Schedule
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 36 or 48 hours per week
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
Clinical Scope
You'll be providing care to critically ill patients in an intensive care unit setting, managing high-acuity cases requiring close monitoring and rapid clinical decision-making. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating outcomes, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in discharge planning. The role also involves supervising and delegating to supporting nursing staff.
Required Certifications & Licensure
- Active RN licensure in California (or compact equivalent)
- BLS (AHA or ARC)
- ACLS (AHA or ARC)
- PALS (AHA or ARC)
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN
- Minimum two years of recent ICU experience
Additional Requirements
- Prior experience with electronic health record documentation is required
- Night shift availability is mandatory
